Kamyab Jawan Program was launched by the Government of Pakistan, to provide interest-free loans under the Youth Entrepreneurship Scheme, which is one of the six schemes under its flagship.
This scheme has a budget of 100 billion. The Government intends to distribute it among 45 districts that are underdeveloped in the state.

Youth Entrepreneurship Scheme aims to help 52% of Pakistani youth succeed. 25% of loans are specifically allocated for women’s empowerment. It also offers loans for small, ongoing businesses.
Kamyab Jawan Eligibility Criteria Youth Entrepreneurship Scheme
Many applications were submitted to Pakistan’s Government in phase 1. People submitted fake information or concealed their credentials, which resulted in their applications not being accepted by the government.
For loan applications under this scheme, the government has set some eligibility criteria. These requirements are listed below.
- They must possess a valid CNIC.
- The ideal age range is between 21-45.
- Entrepreneurial skills are essential for starting a business.
- If you are under 18, you can apply if your interest is in the IT business or eCommerce.

How do I apply online for the Kamyab Jawan Youth Entrepreneurship Program?
Kamyab Jawan Youth Entrepreneurship Scheme registration is completely online. You don’t need to print and submit any forms or documents.
This is the guideline for how to apply this scheme.
Step 1
Visit the official site of Kamyab Jawan Program Portal.
Step 2
Scroll down and click Youth Entrepreneurship Scheme.

A new page will be opened. Click “Apply Online For Loan” to continue. The page displaying the application form will then open.
Step 4
You will need to submit your information gradually. You can find “Initial Selection”.Provide details about your bank, business, or other details click on “Next”. Next, click on “Next”.
Step 5
Next, we will discuss your “Personal Information” This requires your name, CNIC number, monthly income, marital status, and religion. Enter the following information. Please enter only the original information. Otherwise, your loan application will be denied. Once you have completed all details, click “Next”.

Next, you will be asked for your “Qualification Details”. This section will allow you to submit your qualifications, technical education, or skills. Select “Next”

Your “Contact Details”. This includes our address, phone number, email address, and mobile number details. Click on “Next”.

Please complete this section: Information for Businesses” of your business you wish to start or upgrade. After filling in all details, click “Next”.

Then, “Financing Details” of your loan request. Here are the details: You will need to provide the loan type and tenureYour contribution to your business, etc. Click on “Next”.

The next section will be discussed. If you apply for a loan of more than 1,000,000, you will need to provide “Security Details”. The bank will then ask for collateral as security. Next, move on to the next page.

Fill out the “Start a New Business” form if you are interested in starting a business. Business Plan” details. Details about your business startup. You will need to include details about your current business if you have chosen an ongoing business when filling out the application.

The next page requires your “Financing HistoryIf you or your family has taken out a loan from a bank before, please provide the details. Click on “Next”.
